Heather Lucore joined EdgarAgents as the Vice President of Strategy and Programs in August 2023. Her passion lies in delivering innovative solutions to clients in the business services industry. In her role, she oversees the development and execution of strategic programs that enhance EdgarAgents’ value proposition and competitive edge. Heather brings over 25 years of experience to her position, with a strong background in healthcare. She has led process improvement initiatives and driven operational excellence throughout her career. Prior to joining EA, Heather served as the Director of Commercial Innovation at Quest Diagnostics, where she successfully led cross-functional teams in implementing new technologies and workflows. These efforts resulted in significant revenue growth, improved quality, and enhanced value. Her leadership extends beyond Quest Diagnostics. Heather has held various roles at organizations such as Accumen, UPMC, and Associated Clinical Laboratories. She is a certified ASCP histotechnician and an ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt. Additionally, Heather actively contributes to the field of telehealth as a co-leader of the At Home Testing Special Interest Group at the American Telemedicine Association. She is also a board advisor for Lo BioSciences and a strong advocate for the LGBT community.
